• Added Owl of Minerva. Owls can be used in the Free Market to search for items, view their price, and teleport to the Hired Merchant when on the same channel. 3 Owls can be purchased every day from Fredrick. Owls expire after 24 hours.
• Added buy back feature to NPC shops. Only the last 20 items sold to the NPC can be bought back.
• Improved reactors to queue items dropped on the ground. This fixes issues such as the Cold Flame quest not detecting the Black Book.
• Fixed timing issues causing skills such as Weapon Booster to kill players recently hit by bosses 1/1 attack
