Discord Rules

These rules exist to keep the community welcoming, productive, and fair for everyone.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all members with respect.
Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or targeted behavior toward players or staff are not allowed.
2. Keep It Appropriate
Avoid explicit, offensive, or disturbing language, images, or discussions.
Old School Maple is intended for a broad audience—keep content family-friendly.
3. Stay On Topic
Use the appropriate channels for discussion.
Bug reports, feedback, and support requests should be posted in their designated channels.
4. No Spamming or Disruption
Do not spam messages, images, links, emojis, or reactions.
Do not derail conversations or intentionally disrupt discussion.
5. Respect Privacy
Do not share personal or account-related information—yours or others’.
Private conversations should remain private unless you have clear consent.
6. No Cheating or Exploit Discussion
Do not discuss, promote, request, or share cheats, hacks, exploits, or methods to bypass game systems.
Bugs should be reported through official channels.
7. No Advertising or Self-Promotion
Advertising or promoting unrelated products, services, websites, or servers is not allowed without staff approval.
8. Follow Discord’s Rules
All members must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
9. Respect Staff Decisions
Moderators and admins are responsible for enforcing these rules.
Failure to follow staff instructions or repeated rule violations may result in moderation action.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans at staff discretion.
Severity and enforcement escalation are determined by moderation staff.
